Very often the credit bureaus will send a letter that will state that they have received a "Suspicious Letter" and that they don't believe it is valid and won't respond to it. DON'T BE FOOLED! This is a very standard practice form letter the bureaus send out to "delay" the dispute process. It is within their legal right to send that letter whether it's valid or not and remember, they certainly don't mind if you stop right there and drop the disputes.
This is all part of their strategy that we call their "delay to go away" strategy.
IF you receive one of these letters.....first of all DO NOT WORRY.
Send us a copy of the letter and if they are requiring additional verification of your Identity or address then send it to them right away or provide it to us and we will forward it to them.
